Warm Up Your Winter with Haikyu!! and GALLERY’s After-School Collaboration Cafe!
Get ready, volleyball fans! The beloved anime series Haikyu!! is partnering with and GALLERY for a special winter-themed collaboration cafe across six major cities in Japan. Centered around the cozy theme of “after school in winter,” the cafe features brand-new exclusive illustrations of Karasuno High School players enjoying a relaxed afternoon at sunset.
Creative Character Dishes: From TKG Parfaits to Spicy Mapo Tofu
The collab menu brings character favorites and funny concepts to life with unique food and drink items:
- Hinata’s Egg-On-Rice Style Parfait (1,200 yen): A sweet dessert disguised as raw egg over rice!
- Kageyama’s Black Pork Curry with Soft-Boiled Egg (1,600 yen): A rich, hearty curry dish fit for Karasuno’s genius setter.
- Tsukishima’s Shortcake-Style Tamagoyaki (1,200 yen): A sweet and savory rolled omelet inspired by Tsukki’s love for strawberry shortcake.
- Sawamura’s Shoyu Ramen (1,500 yen): Classic, reliable soy sauce ramen perfect for the captain.
- Sugawara’s Super Spicy Mapo Tofu (1,500 yen): A surprisingly fiery dish representing Mr. Refreshing’s love for hot foods.
- Azumane’s Tonkotsu Ramen (1,500 yen): Rich pork bone broth ramen to satisfy the ace.
Fans can also enjoy six themed beverages, such as Hinata’s Orange Mix Juice and Kageyama’s Yogurt Float, for 850 yen each (or 1,500 yen with an acrylic drink charm attached).
Exclusive Merch and Cafe Bonuses
Visitors who order from the collab menu will receive a random paper coaster (6 designs total). Additionally, spending 3,000 yen or more on cafe-exclusive merchandise—such as BIG acrylic stands, trading tin badges, and name-style keyholders—will grant you a special bonus sticker.
Event Schedule & Locations
The Haikyu!! x and GALLERY Collaboration Cafe will run from November 3 to December 6 at six locations: Ikebukuro and Yurakucho (Tokyo), Namba (Osaka), Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sendai.
Advance reservations open on October 12 at 18:00 JST for 330 yen per seat, which includes a bonus postcard. If you are visiting Japan late this autumn or early winter, make sure to add this cozy stop to your anime itinerary!
