A Gritty Tale of Survival, Blood, and Simple Dreams

Imagine living in a world plagued by Devils—monstrous manifestations born from human fears. Now imagine being Denji, a dirt-poor teenager crushed under the crushing weight of his deceased father’s debt. Eating scrap bread and hunting low-tier Devils alongside his faithful devil dog, Pochita, Denji asks for very little in life: a warm meal, a soft bed, and perhaps a loving girlfriend.

However, when a brutal betrayal leaves him chopped to pieces, a desperate contract with Pochita fuses their souls, granting Denji the terrifying ability to transform his body parts into buzzing chainsaws. Reborn as the legendary Chainsaw Man, he is plucked from the slums by the enigmatic Makima to join the elite ranks of Public Safety Devil Hunters. Thrust into a chaotic world of high-stakes violence, Denji must fight for his survival—and his dreams.
