Tie the Knot of Fate! Exclusive “My Happy Marriage” Shrines Collaboration Announced in Japan

Celebrate Miyo and Kiyoka’s Boundless Love at Real Japanese Shrines!

Fans of the hit anime series My Happy Marriage have a beautiful new reason to visit Japan! A special collaboration project titled “Watashi no Shiawase na Yui no Inori” (My Happy Prayer for Binding Fates) has been officially announced. This romantic event, celebrating the deep bond between Miyo and Kiyoka, will take place across four historic shrines in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto from October 16 to November 30, 2026.

Exclusive Sacred Goods Inspired by the Anime

This unique project is a collaboration between the anime brand Fuuuu and “Jinja Bukkaku Online,” an organization dedicated to bringing people closer to traditional Japanese temples and shrines. Visitors will be able to purchase limited-edition, officially blessed items (Goshuin and Omamori) to wish for good fortune and love:

  • Goshuin (Commemorative Shrine Stamps) – 1,200 yen: Beautifully designed stamps featuring subtle silhouettes of Miyo and Kiyoka.
  • Goshuin-cho (Stamp Book) – 3,300 yen: A gorgeous book featuring artwork that symbolizes the intertwined destinies of the two main characters.
  • Omamori (Amulets) – 1,300 yen each: Available in two designs (Miyo and Kiyoka). Buying both allows them to be kept together as a “Meoto-mamori” (Couple’s Amulet).
  • Special Boxed Omamori Set – 3,000 yen: A set of two amulets presented in a gorgeous commemorative box.

As a special bonus, purchasers will receive a custom bookmark inspired by Miyo’s hair ornament and Kiyoka’s braided cord.

Where and When to Go

If you are planning to visit Japan this fall, you can experience this collaboration at the following four sacred locations:

  • Tokyo: Kamimeguro Hikawa Shrine (Meguro Ward) and Shichisha Shrine (Kita Ward)
  • Osaka: Abe Oji Shrine (Osaka City)
  • Kyoto: Nashiki Shrine (Kamigyo Ward)
